During the HR Directors speech yesterday he stated that he expects courses to finish by mid next year to meet the demand. Additional drivers are being recruited to meet the training needs on the new class 700, they will effectively have too many drivers once training is complete but they're expecting natural wastage to level things out!

Atleast they won't be short of spare and cover turns then as a positive

The launch of new courses im assuming?
Guys just got a call was offered start date 30th november for kings cross
They said they will send out contract soon. Crazy I guess they will be ringing around today

Why have they then emailed you after offering you a start date to then say they have lots of phoning to do?
I missed their call so emailed them back to say I accept the start date and I asked about my contract. They said they have lots of phone calls to make today to fill courses and it will be posted tomorrow.
