Hi everyone.
I hate to sound like an advert, but you really should head to Railrover.co.uk and have a look at hellfire. If you've ever enjoyed a spot of haulage bashing, and/or know anything about BR in the summer of 1981, then this really is what you've been looking for. At the moment, version 3 is going through its paces, and having minor kinks ironed out. In addition to that, the author manages to shoehorn in some fantastic new features virtually every week.
If you played the old version, which comprehensively covered virtually all regular and potential loco-hauled travel, then you might not necessarily be familiar with new features in V3. These include STN diversions, shunt releases, railtours, relief services, the APT, and the ability to select custom photographs, right down to each individual loco, plus more stuff I can't quite remember!
I suggest you give it a go. There is nothing like the thrill of scratching your first 56 on a breakdown rescue!
