Mileage between 1st January 2016 and 31st December 2016 (incl.) only. Travel for leisure or commuting purposes only. Mileage covered on all railways counts towards your total, including heritage lines, foreign mileage, trams, light rail and LU - providing you can find accurate mileage data.

You can enter your mileage total here, towards the bottom of the page.

This is currently only available in the Default style, other styles to follow shortly.

As long as I get around 12,000 miles this year, I won't be disappointed.

My goal for this year is to beat last years total of 12412. Going to be tough as in that was two trips to Fort William!

Goal for 2016 is the same as 2015, 12,000 miles. Obviously I'd prefer more, but we'll see. First trip is due on Monday.

If I can finish in the top 25 again, that'll do. I'd prefer top 20 or higher of course!

Had my first trip of 2016 today, a little earlier than planned but I'm not complaining!

I will join the table soon, I've been so busy bashing I haven't added anything to RM yet!

Maybe next weekend I'll stay at home to get it all done!

I reckon I will get about 30,000 miles this year, but 25,000 of those are the commute. (SRI-CRE)

I always take a trip around the UK to start the year (this year Portsmouth->Birmingham->Liverpool->Dublin->Liverpool->Edinburgh->Glasgow->Edinburgh->London->Portsmouth) so I've managed to come 3rd so far for 2016.

I'll not be getting a train further than 20 miles for the rest of the year so I'll now watch myself slowly sink down the table :)

Managed to add another 151 miles this weekend with trips to Southport and Manchester, I should be adding around the same again (possibly a bit more if I'm in the mood) next weekend with a trip to Sheffield to watch The Owls play against Leeds at Hillsborough.

I can't work out those underground distances, so I will just enter those mainlne trips for now. I have had to put 330 in so far as I can't get the milage for Charing Cross to Waterloo East
