A friend who was waiting for Kings X and applied in Feb last year also got a call yesterday, but is abroad atm so they left a voicemail for him to call them back, so we reckon that's them phoning him about a start date too.

Good news is there isn't a "Hornsey" depot, apparently, which just makes life easier getting to the Cross. Hornsey is mentioned because that's the training location and I suspect there's a fair bit of book-on there for mornings getting trains out? Either way I'm well chuffed.

I spoke to someone yesterday to ask a question about holidays.
No change on Bedford, they are still waiting to hear about course dates.
I asked what we are expected to do regarding booking holidays. From reading between the lines from the answer she gave, either cancel the holiday if you have booked it, or take a different date course. I suppose I knew that would be the answer! No holiday this year then...
Its asking me to register my details on their new recruitment system. Problem i am having is that my original application is still on the system I applied through.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Typical hr response lol keeping their cards close to their chest don't want to let anything slip

Emailed Claire today and got a speedy response as usual. She said nothing to worry about as it doesn't affect my application. They have had a changeover in computer systems and once they are ready to progress my application status will be upgraded accordingly.
I had that one too, back in August. Received a similar one earlier asking me to click on a link and re-register my details. Its not filling me with much confidence....
Absolutely mate. I've accessed the link, completed everything asked and upon submission I am told that this "is a duplicate submission error"!?

I think you might be right. I just had an email from Doreen advising that my application will be 'processed shortly' and I need to click a link if I "want to continue my application".
Not clicked on the link yet as looking on iphone and need to see on bigger screen to get better idea what its about.
