Surprised to see no mention of this on railforums despite it being advertised some time ago:

"To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Irish Railway Record Society and the 40th anniversary of the 071 class locomotive, a Two-Day Railtour has been arranged for Saturday 09th and Sunday 10th April 2016 using
the RPSI Craven coaches. The tour will travel from Dublin Connolly to Killarney via Waterford and Limerick Junction, returning via Tralee, Limerick and Athenry. The requested motive power is a GM 071 Class locomotive throughout, with locomotive changes requested in Kilkenny and Limerick (subject to availability)."

Note that websites such as booking.com may offer better rates in Killarney than those quoted by the IRRS

This tour is now fully booked. It will almost certainly be re-routed as Limerick to Ennis is closed due to flood damage and is unlikely to be open in time. Last week Irish Rail reckoned 10 weeks minimum and there has been more heavy rain since
