Bobbybox heard there was going to be Bedford courses end of May

Means if we don't get the call by the back end of this month they aren't happening or we haven't made the draft individually

3 depot drivers are on the May 3rd course and no other course for may is scheduled.
Next course for Bedford is July and yes I am a trainee and it is a very good source for this info

Trudy did say early summer for Bedford

I was hoping more end of May / June though

Severe bottle neck on these intakes

Total people in the pool was rumoured to be 60 odd with about approx 3 courses so far this year i would say theres still 36-40 people waiting start dates.

Hi everyone, I passed my DMI in June 2015, but not had a medical yet. I'm in the talent pool for KGX or Blackfriars. I was told the next London course was likely to be October, but obviously no idea who will be called up. Long wait continues!

I've not been told any rough start month, but when I asked I was told that I would be okay to do a bit of travelling this summer as there will still be courses afterwards, so the October whispers sound plausible.

I'm lucky in that I'm happy in my current role and the only reason I'm leaving is that I want to do the train driving; all the same, it would be nice to get a definite date, even if it was further into the future than we'd all like (although I appreciate the reasons why this isn't feasible). Still, the fact that there is still movement is a big comfort. We'll all get there eventually

I've been watching this thread since July and am hopeful things will speed up with he new financial year etc. I passed my DMI in July but am yet to have a medical. My name is down for Kings cross and Hitchin with Hitchin preferred but will relocate as necessary. There doesn't seem to be a lot of people waiting for Hitchin and I am yet to see a course mentioned/started.

Myself and my good friend MickyB89 who both waiting for London depots, received the same email as everyone else yesterday regarding an update and no dates yet, just will be in due course.

Still didn't get any email from GTR, thought they sent them in batches but I've had nothing this time.
