PTSO or platform depending on the weather
Wouldn't surprise me at all if that's where it was hit. You can basically walk off the platform to the sidings if I remember rightly.

I would have thought it would have been spotted before going to Hornsey and sent "home" to Three Bridges for cleaning instead. Can't imagine GTR would want the entire world to see this artwork on their shiny new trains prior to entering service...would they?

Wonder how long this would take to remove considering part of the second coach has been decorated as well.

I doubt they'll introduce the new trains tomorrow with that
Expect that to be hidden in the depot

I got to hand it to the graffiti guys. They are pretty good at turning trains around and I've seen some go in mornings and then come out the afternoon.

Anyone thinking of travelling from afar, for the initial single diagram, should be warned that the London Bridge-Brighton runs are amongst the first to be cancelled in the event of disruption on the Brighton mainline, or driver shortages.

Sorry to be a wet sponge, but I would be cautious investing in a day off work/train fare until there are three or four units in service.

Agreed, I'm personally not risking it at all and waiting for weekend Bedford runs.

The latest issue of Rail Express has the diagrams for the next phase (?) of Class 700 introduction. Seems to be 7 diagrams Mon-Sat. I can not attach the whole diagrams but the website has a few details:

That's way off. One unit for the moment.

It was done st Ferne Park. No 700s have been in Bellingham sidings (and this is a 12 car).

Wash facilties exist at Three Bridges for full cleaning. Hornsey can just do basic wash.

Won't be long until you can. Plans or that sooner rather than later folks. Can't give details at present.

Why London Bridge first? The station is on a knife edge operationally as it is without some unproven train barely in the tub on its curve being sent there.

But surely it's better sending it to London Bridge than through the Core? I think of all the Thameslink services they could be used on to start with, the London Bridge to Brighton services are the best, although having said that it won't be long before they do run through the core in passenger service anyway.

Will the delays in introducing 700 coupled with all the driver issues delay the 319 cascade to Northern?

Not had an effect so are,.

Will Hornsey have full wash facilities eventually ?

Nope. You need a car car shed which Hornsey just oeng have room for.

It's not on an knife edge. It's not unproven and most of the issues at the start of the bath tub are human errors or lack of familiarity not actual train faults. Let's not forget the 700s have done more miles than the 377/5 or 387s did prior to being in service.

Was that meant to be so far and had an autocorrect mishap? :D So can I still expect them to come up north in December?

Yes that's what I meant. As Northern is supposed to be doing a lot to hem before they are in service bought?

So maybe in Northern''s hands prior to December. They won't be in service tho as 319s needs to be model for Northern.
