As has been pointed out in the Forum many times, allocations are not done until during the night and available by approx 0400, sometimes before. There are opportunities on a Sunday to come down from Bristol in the morning or to come out of Cornwall as well as any that might be in Devon today.

I took photo in the morning of one nearer to our train and was 700105 - shorter set behind defied the photo

13:30 Manchester to Tenby

And when the allocations are known at 2am/3am, Would it be possible to find out what the 07:05 Milford Haven to Manchester is for tomorrow, 23 August?

RTT doesn't say it's a 321. RTT says it runs in timings that apply to a 321/

In many cases the timing load is just that, and shouldn't really be relied on.
in GN, 317's and 321's share a timing load, whereas 365's have their own timing load as they accelerate differently
