Guys and gals I need some urgent advice. I have an assessment coming up in a few days and have been revising quite hard on this but I want some specific answers, for instance on assessment day do we have an interview the same day or do we not? What specifics are the interviewees trying to understand about a candidate and what sort of person are they looking for in a guard. Bear in mind the depot is at Waterloo and I'm happy about that because it is busy, (I like being busy).

Furthermore, during the assessment, what have you guys found challenging about the test and which key areas would you of hoped to have a better understanding before you undertook the assessment. Just a bit curious and this would be of great help.

I hope others soon to come applying for guard positions would see this thread because everyone in this forum once was stressing about their interview lol.

Cheers guys.

You're interview will be on a separate day. The key things they are looking for is Safety, customer service, safety, teamwork and safety. Also make sure your do some research into the company.

As for assessment advice, relax, get a good nights sleep and turn up in good time.

All the best
