Me...hockey is No1, then volleyball and a touch of badminton. Played a bit of cricket before and was a genuine all-rounder, in that I genuinely couldn't bat, bowl, field or keep score.

Football and, depending on your definition of sports/games, cycling.

Bungle965 and I have a plan to have a (very informal) game of football at a forum meet one day.

Football very much so, with occasional bits of cricket (I consider myself a fairly decent bowler, though I may not bowl properly [emoji38]). As for 'not proper' sports, I cycle a fair bit (not recently though) but purely for leisure, I also play video games on occasion.

Proper racing?
Purely for leisure, I don't do races.

Though I do occasionally set myself a challenge and time myself, I did Scarborough to Whitby along the old railway line in 1 hr 51 mins in August.

Faster than Northern then.
Interesting discussion if cycling (for fun) walking, hiking, climbing are "sports". maybe if you are challenging yourself it is....can I climb Ben Nevis and back in under whatever? I try to run rounf my local lodge in under 4 minutes...is runnign against yourself a sport?

I`m interested in Football both playing and watching with various other interests such as F1 and Rugby League.
As Yorkie mentions it has been an ambition of mine to get a game of football with other forum members. Even if you don`t believe that you are very good just remember that we will have Yorkie playing with us so we don`t expect much. :D

I don't do much other than walking whenever I get a chance. I should probably change this...

I used to play rubgy in my younger days, now I swim at least twice a week and very occasionally make an attempt to play football. I'm reasonably good at snooker and pool too.

Sailing, and canoeing to relax. I have RYA and BCU qualifications, but havent done either competitively for a few years.
I play Pool, and Snooker with friends over a drink, strangely i struggle to win at the former, but the latter rakes in a few beer chits if someone is daft enough to bet against me. ??????

I used to play field hockey and football, at times basketball...when I was younger. I even broke my Achilles tendon, long time ago though. Now I stick to long walks.

I enjoy very much watching rugby (roll on 6 nations). Alas, I'm losing interest in football.

I do a lot of swimming in the sea in summer and the occasional bit of surfing up on the north coast. I also like swimming in the local rivers although it can be pretty cold. Swam in the sea at Exmouth on Christmas Day a few years ago and I've just about got the feeling back in my toes :)

Don't really do competitive sport but I'm a mediocre over-heavy climber and a mediocre over-heavy runner (enjoy both but not built for either, if there's a sport I'm built for it's rugby but my ball skills are useless).

My passion is golf, played the game since I was 11, hcp 4.
Played football to Northern Premier league reserve level and found out very quickly how out of my depth I was ! but quit as it cost me x3 knee cartlidge repair ops x1 torn Achilles op repair and a partial torn cruciate ligament, not bad for a goalkeeper !!
Also amateur cricket for 4yrs , swimming, and squash

I was a solid Championship-level academy footballer in my day. Now I'm just...solid!

I mostly cycle (not competitively) and play occasional small sided football these days.

Used to cycle, play football and rugby league in my youth. These days the only sports (and I'm stretching the definition a looooong way there!) I ever partake in are swimming and ten-pin bowling.

Played Rugby for my school as a kid and played one U-15s game for Durham City when I was 14...

I became a juvenile delinquent not long after, got drunk one night and Broke my foot not long after, was not happy at being out for months and never played again...these days I like walking and even thinking of getting back in the saddle when I can sort my bike out

None. Never could run fast after getting whooping cough as a kid, and poor coordination when it came to directing any type of ball in the required direction.

I do not have any interest really in sport, I loathed it at school, either in the Gym or out on the playing fields, we tended to do football rather than rugby. Even when it was raining hard or snowing we still had to go out and do it. Skiving off was not an option, getting caught had painful consequences.

If you "Forgot" your kit, there were often spare items that were given to you to wear, along with lines etc afterwards.

Getting back to the sports aspect of this thread, one ironic thing that happened to me, is that although I loathed the subject, because I was good runner and had completed a number of tasks in the PT/Gym lessons, I was given a certificate by the AAA. This caused amusement to me, at home and the PT Master himself. (Nice though.)

Currently active playing Badminton once a week. Prior to that played 5-a-side for a year or so but it was very difficult to keep a team together, couple that with the fact that Croydon Power League was a bit on the violent side (received broken ribs. By accident.) Use to play cricket when I was in north London and was Sunday friendlies captain for one season (in which we managed 0 wins ) BB 4-22, BBat 50. Would love to play cricket again but having very young children and also beer-making proclivities seems to get in the way.

Referee rugby at a good level. I play occasionally as well.
I go through swimming phases. My membership is presently cancelled though. Some months I'll swim 3-4 times a week, then I'll go a few months with no swimming at all

It depends on the time of year. Sometimes cricket, sometimes athletics, sometimes football.
