Hi all,

I just tried to access the forum from google and got re-directed to filestore72. Just under a month ago I did the same thing on my tiny phone and got the same, but thought that it just might have been my phone. Is anyone else getting this?

Less "back again" and more "never went away" - been getting quite a few of them over the past few weeks

I get it at random times when I log in at work.
Google "Rail Forum" then go to index page & sometimes it appears. Always just back up and re-enter and it is ok.

Can't say I've ever seen it but then I always come directly instead of via google.

I've tried searching on duckduckgo with no issues.

Been happening to me if you access via google - more often than not after clearing the cache/browsing history.

There is another thread that is discussing current unavailable parts of the website and I wonder if those problems are anything to do with the forum staff trying to sort out the problem reported in this particular thread.

trainmania100 in his posting makes reference to this being a vBulletin virus and on the other thread, I also made mention of vBulletin in a posting.

I'm aware - and will shortly have my main computer back ( :D ) so I can deal with it properly... I've now been made aware of an additional solution which we've not yet tried which will hopefully quash it.

Yes, I've had it. You'd have thought that with all their millions, google would have done something about it by now.

I've never seen it, so maybe it just is a cookie it dumps on some computers not a widespread issue - but then when was the last time I actually shut down (not restart, though that's only occasional) my laptop if it only affects after full startup as Railsigns suggests.

Yes, it's occurring for me quite a lot recently when accessing the forum from Google.
