The Victory?

Correct. The one Royal Navy commissioned ship where it doesn't matter where the crew really are, so personnel who cannot be assigned to a normal location get assigned to HMS Victory. With all the senior officers working in Whitehall I image the "crew" is very top heavy when it comes to rank.

Your gun deck.

That was a complete guess and I'm so dumbfounded at getting it right that I need to have a lie down so.
Open floor folks...

Some of us, as we get older, humorously cite being 21 again as each birthday comes around. But for me, I can genuinely say that I was 21 for longer than most people. Why?

I will thanks.
The question is: Where in the UK might you find The Barber Stone?

Avebury Circle? -think its one of the stones there.

You are absolutely right. It's so named because underneath the toppled stone they found the skeleton of a man which at the time they believed to have been a 14th century travelling barber who had on his possession a leather purse containing a pair of scissors (some of the oldest ever found), a small probe and some 14th century coins.
The floor is yours.

The common old office stapler has a design feature which I bet most folk have never used and is really useful.

*This feature is sometimes not found on the very cheapest ones bought for home use.

What is it?

The wee thing on the bottom that turns so the staple arms fold laterally rather than medially? (That's the official terminology). Makes the staples easier to remove.

Sometimes theres a thing on the back you can use to pull the staples out, like a triangle thing
Ive never used that.

Thats it. I'm amazed by the number of people who don't know what its for, as you say its great if you only wish to temporarily attach something- the staple easily pulls out sideways. Your floor

It's even easier to use a paperclip, of course.

To what does the following sequence refer?

Bridge closed by explosion, tunnel not completed.
Bridges closed by hurricane.
Bridges closed by earthquake
Bridges and tunnels closed due to terror threat.
No closures

Is it the plot of Die Hard 6 - Die Hard or Dai Hardy?

It's the list of reasons you can't cross the bridges in the Grand Theft Auto series. Confining the player to the first island until a certain mission is reached.

Bridge closed by explosion, tunnel not completed. (GTA III)
Bridges closed by hurricane. (GTA: Vice City)
Bridges closed by earthquake (GTA: San Andreas)
Bridges and tunnels closed due to terror threat. (GTA IV)
No closures (GTA V)

^That is indeed correct. Deltic has the floor.

I thank you, and to think that my Mum used to tell me sitting in front of the Playstation would never help me in life :D

My question:

Which military aircraft was nicknamed the 'Banana Jet', and as a bonus why?

I seem to remember there was a plane that after some extremely dangerous manoeuvres landed with a bent fuselage but I can't remember what it was.
