Question for National Express Staff

Hey, quick question for anyone who works for NatEx/Eurolines.

I've just applied for my staff pass to come through, I know what we get on UK NatEx services but do we get any discounts/freebies on Eurolines?

I'm a coach driver if it makes any difference.

From my experience of using a NX UK Coach staff pass, you're able to book through nationalexpress.com/staff for any journeys within the mainland only… I couldn't get it to offer me anything on Eurolines stretching into the continent.

That's from a point of view of a person who had a pass valid until end of December issued by NX Digbeth as a company nominated person… there may be other perks reference Eurolines only available to employees but I find this unlikely.

Yeah, that has confirmed my suspicions.

Canteen gossip was that it was 50% off but someone else also said that it was 10% a while a go and they were looking to remove it.

From what I was told by my team leader you have to go to the eurolines desk for the discount and she believed it was 50%.

I'm in Victoria next weekend I will ask and confirm.
