ATW HR - Any way of speaking to a human?

Over the last few years i've applied to ATW for a number of guards & trainee driver roles. Every single time I've been knocked back at the initial sift, with the usual 'unfortunately we cannot offer feedback at this stage...'

I've tried changing various details, changing my address, creating a whole new profile on their recruitment site, emailing their HR for advice on what might be the issue (all they sent back was a repeat of their 'no feedback' email), and checking my applications over with a couple of ATW staff.

I am a current guard with good geographic knowledge of where ATW operate and I sign a lot of their traction too. My application writing and CV have been more than sufficient to get me through assessments, interviews and job offers with other TOCs, but for family reasons I'd really like to move back to Mid/North Wales and obviously the only practical option is to apply to ATW.

Therefore, is there another way to speak to HR? Until I can work out what the issue is I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall.

I don't believe there is beyond email, at least for non-staff!

My understanding is the first sift is done automatically, hence the "no feedback" statement. Theoretically if you get past that, they could give you feedback, but given the number of applicants it's unlikely.

Sorry.
