Hi,

Going from New Brighton (NBN) to Brighton (BRN) in the next few days.

I know quickest and probably cheapest is via Liverpool and Crewe but am in no rush and wanted to try and ride a Northern 319 and possibly a Pacer, (yes I know ;) ).

Any sensible way of doing this on the way down to Brighton ?

I seem to remember the 319's at Lime Street previously but not 100% sure where they go from there.

If they go completely the wrong direction then never mind but thought I'd ask.

Any thoughts appreciated thanks.

Umm, plans have suddenly changed so got to get there earlier for a earlier meeting but nevermind!

Will look out for the 319's next time I'm in this area.

Cheapest I can think of would be to get a Saveaway, head out on a Preston service to St. Helens, change onto the South Parkway service back to Lime Street. Then get an Oxford Road stopper to South Parkway then a WMT service to Euston, followed by a GTR Southern Service to Brighton. There's a 'WMT+SN' Advance, I assume there's a walk up too?
