Hi,

I know the salary for gwr guard training is lower than the passed out salary.

But when does the salary change? The day i get my first route signed off, when all the routes are signed off or after a year from day one of training?

Cheers

When you pass out as a guard, sign your first route and work your first train.

You realise what you're implying right?

The wrong person got through...even if they didn't pick me there was others better than the chap who got the interview... Quite, a lil distant and didn't talk to us while waiting in the lobby, Too busy facebooking.

Oh well, always next time hopefully.

Edit: i think im implying im a sore looser

Yet he obviously did better than the rest of you in the interview. You're not privy to the interview notes. Or the other candidates job history and experiences. In no way do you know he wasn't better than you. In fact, I can say he was. As is evident from the fact he got the job and you didn't.

We only got as far as assessment 2. He got the interview.

Yes he probably was better than me on paper and they do have a clear cut line on what there looking for. But from a personal point of view. From What i saw. I didn't belive it.

But theres always next time in 6 months or when ever the job comes up again!
