I'm hoping to go to the SVR at the weekend to ride the trains at the diesel gala and also take some photos.

I know that the entrances to Bewdley Tunnel and Foley Park tunnel are both popular locations but I'm struggling to find both on Google Maps.

I'm convinced that this takes me to the western side of Foley Park tunnel, but if it is where is Bewdley Tunnel?

I'm very confused so help (especially coordinates) would be appreciated!

There is only one tunnel which you have found. (The other tunnel is very short near Bridgnorth and there are not public vantage points near it)

Bridgenorth Tunnel is north of Bridgenorth Station and is not in use by the SVR. The line is discontinued from Bridgenorth to Shrewsbury and all the bridges have been taken out.

Just for interest but you would probably not want to spend time going there if you are just going for a day out, The Ironbridge station building is still in place but not connected to a railway line in the carpark across the bridge from the town.

Thanks. I think the tunnel is known by two names which explains my confusion!

I was referring to the short tunnel between Eardington and Bridgnorth

Errr, Smethwick!
As both a rambler and rail enthusiast I also enjoy viewing scenic railway lines while out and about in various parts of the country. But on my last trip as a passenger on the Severn Valley Railway a couple of weeks ago I saw quite a few photographers inside lineside fences and also in fields where, my OS map told me, there were no public footpaths or other rights of way. I am quite sure readers of this forum would always act legally and responsibly as I know none would want to give railway fans a bad name or create difficulties between the SVR and its neighbours.
