Will Talbot Rd in Blackpool reopen to traffic once the tramworks are complete?
Or will that be bus/tram only?

Eastbound, from the bottom of Corporation Street to Abingdon Street it will be tram and cycle only. Abingdon Street to Dickson Road will be tram, bus, taxi and cycle only.
Westbound there will be no restrictions.

Various roads in Central Croydon, Tamworth Road (north of Centrale Stop) up until Station Road (junction with Wellesley Road) only northbound - no restrictions southbound

There is another small section (10m or so) of Addiscombe Road where it meets Chepstow Road (A232) in both directions (- time dependant as well)

Mosley Street in Manchester City Centre.

Only the section between New York Street and Parker Street (Piccadilly)

The last time I checked it was the section between Charlotte Street/Spring Gardens and Parker Street, and as far as I know this is still the situation. From Charlotte Street/Spring Gardens to York Street/New York Street buses and trams use the same lane, but from York Street/New York Street to Parker Street they divide into separate lanes, although other vehicles are still barred.

Are there parts of Sheffield either in town on West Street or around Hillsborough?

Arguably there is Glossop Road, east of the ring road junction at Hannover Street. But that's essentially just a timed restriction on private cars/trucks.

Birley Moor Road (towards Halfway) and just before Hillsborough (towards Middlewood / Malin Bridge) are the only ones I can think of.

Hillsborough is only a bus gate 7am-7pm, so there’s no stretches that are bus and tram only at all times - either all traffic, or tram-only segregated.

Entering Beeston Centre tram/bus interchange when travelling northbound only. Southbound in the same location there is an 'except for access' for some properties. Everywhere else on the NET system is either just Tram Only, or extra restrictions permitting vehicles with permits or being used by disabled persons.

Heading westbound on West Maitland Street in Edinburgh is restricted to trams and local buses only.

The Citylink 900 services don't use this route despite (most) being registered as a local services.

Buses, taxis, trams and bicycles. Unlike West Maitland Street which is buses and trams only, westbound between Palmerston Place and Dalry Road. Which didn't stop one bloke on a bike from queuing at the lights behind a bus and in front of the tram I was on, to ride down that very stretch of road.
