WCML engineering works in Scotland next week?

i am due to go up to Glasgow from London Euston next week. Was checking my times and have noticed that my 09.30 departure from Euston was originally due in at Glasgow Central at 13.59. This has now be changed to 14.10. I have also noticed that several trains to and from Carstairs are to be replaced with bus replacements from Monday 30th July onwards. Have checked for potential engineering works in this area next week, but nothing is showing. Anyone know what is going on here?

Major engineering and I think resignalling, lasting several weeks. Certainly on Scotrail site.

Major works at Rutherglen East junction ongoing till September.

This is to allow Network Rail to complete the next stage of the Polmadie and Rutherglen Resignalling programme to take place. Network Rail engineers will be working around the clock to remodel Rutherglen East Junction, allowing trains to cross over it at higher speed, as well as replacing and upgrading parts of the signalling system in the area.

During these works, many services will be diverted, or will be replaced by bus for some or all of the journey. Your journey may take longer than usual.

I think it gets confusing . At weekends Virgin /TPE/ Scotrails were diverted via Kings Park . Then another time just the TPE s were diverted . And then Larkhall s were were extensions of Newtons.
