Timed for an HST - almost certainly the Flying Banana (the yellow Network Rail HST) if it runs, as some of NR's inspection trains have been working off Burton during the Derby blockade.

The headcode for that working is 1Q28 - barring failures, it should be worked by 43013 and 43014,
which arrived at Burton an hour ago on 1Z20 from Swansea (although I understand
that it started from Port Talbot this morning due to late running of the previous part
of the diagram from Paddington to Swansea).

1z12 this evening showing as London Blackfriars to Bexhill. Saw it going towards Gatwick turned round and just saw the back looked like a 201 or similar from behind! Anybody have any further info?
It was the preserved Hastings unit.

Thanks for that HST43277. I had mrs djpontrack with me and about a dozen items of luggage and it was only when we left Lancaster station in the taxi home that I realised I’d not got the number. Thanks again mate.
