We are just a little too far out from Kidderminster station, so instead we board the 1023 Coniston Coaches service 133 to Droitwich Spa (Ombersley Road East), arriving there at 1105 on Monday morning.

Perhaps once again I am mistaken, but I see the arrival point as being Ombersley Street East, so using that as a reference point to use:-
We next board the 1130 Coniston Coaches service 133 to Kidderminster (Bus Station) that arrives there at 1215 on Monday afternoon.

The next move I'm about to make is rather controversial, but I don't see why it's invalid. The only remaining service I can see from the Methodist Church is the 1737 back to Stourbridge. However, as this is only four minutes after our arrival of 1733 this is invalid. But, if we were to take the three minute walk two stops along to Foley Street, this service departs at 1738. So we board the 1738 Diamond Bus service 227 to Wollaston Junction, arriving there at 1750 on Monday afternoon.

Edit: there's a service at 1812 instead.

I think an adjudication is required for this one.

As you said, it's rather contraversial. My interpretation has always been that, when walking from one stop to another, the 5 minute interchange time applies from the point of arrival at the place from which one wishes to depart from.
For this move, one arrives at the Methodist Church at 17:33, then walks to Foley Street. One would arrive at 17:36 which means the earliest time one could board a service is 17:41. That's 3 minutes after the 17:38 departure.

Several moves have never followed that.

Say a service arrives at 1000 and the walk to a stop is eight minutes (arrival of 1008), I've seen many players depart on a service at say 1010.

However, there is an 1812 departure getting into Wollaston Junction at 1825 on Monday evening, so we'll go with that from outside the Methodist church.

The forum quizmasters team in the past have made postings of clarification where slightly less than the normal five minute minimum connection time on buses have been deemed as acceptable, usually when a terminal point of a bus route has been reached with no other services to use.

It is always a good idea to state the actual number of minutes walking time when this is at the start of a connectional journey in postings.

Morning all,

I’m really not sure what’s going on here, can we carry on with the 18:12 departure? Seems like the stress free solution!
