I have an interview next week. So far i had to fill in the initial application form, which had some competency based questions. Then last week i had to complete 2 tests online. One was to get an idea of how you think in certain scenarios (your answers should basically put the customer first) and the other test was just judging how well you could understand English. Passed both and have been selected for an interview so fingers crossed.

My friend has been offered the role starting training in November. Like above really you do two tests online and they will contact you for an interview if you pass.

Aww sorry, at least you got as far as interviews. It seems quite hard.
Maybe change your application slightly and word things differently. You could have someone check it before u send it over.

My friend got offered the role about 2wks after the interview
2 weeks this waiting game going to dragggg.
Do you know if its the same time if applicant is unnsuccesful?

It got cancelled as it was the day when the whole DLR network was down. Waiting for them to reschedule now

Hiya yes start date is in November I believe they had starts dates for November January and Feb but this was a while ago he got to choose so not sure what dates are still available
