When you mentioned capsules, my initial thought was royal jelly. A quick wiki search for info led me onto Propolis, which I'd never heard of until now.Not Beeswax
This is available from Health Food shops in, I believe, capsules.

Of the other islands mentioned I wouldn't count Great Britain, and I would say Cyprus is divided between Cyprus and North Cyprus.
Not mentioned (so far) is Tierra Del Fuego (Argentina / Chile)
That's a leap I hadn't made and you're so close that it would be unfair not to award you the next question, so I'll give it to youCamillierri who wrote the Inspector Montalbo novels was born in Porto Empedocle which was used as the basis for Montelusa
Porte is italian / Latin for door

The police officer Agatino Catarella, who works at the police station in Vigàta, often features in the stories; he also often has issues keeping the door to Comissario Montalbano's office closed.
The floor is yours.
True, but not the answer I’m seeking. They're all multiples of 20p.
What is the significance of the cash sums of 20p, £5, and £10.
Correct. Specially £1, 2, 5, 20, 50 and 100 are valid for any amount.I think this is to do with the amount of coins that can be used as legal tender to settle a debt.
1p and 2p can only be used to settle an amount up to 20p
5p and 10p can be used to settle an amount up to £5
20p and 50p can be used to settle an amount up to £10
Coins of £1 and above can be used to settle any amount.
That was a very swift correct answer.Bob was a shilling = 5p
Joey was threepenny bit = 1.25p
Florin was 2 shillings = 10p
Crown was 5 shillings = 25p
Bender was sixpence (half a shilling)= 2.5p
