Northern Rain Conductor Hull

Hi all, before Christmas I applied for the position of Conductor with Northern.
Having not heard anything I started checking my profile that was created whilst doing the application on the Deutsche Bahn Group website.

Today the status of my application has now changed to ‘assesment’ Is that a positive thing as in it’s looking like I’ll be invited to an assement day or simple they are now at the stage of assessing the applications?

You won't know for sure until they contact you but I would take that as a positive, you will no doubt get an email shortly with instruction for doing an online test!

Nothing unusual about that - I've seen plenty of Northern lightning conductors!

I've applied for that too, assessment status on your profile means you should've had an email regarding an online maths/verbal reasoning assessment to be completed before midnight on the 13th. I did the assessments and my status has changed from "Assessment" to "Application in process" so I'm assuming that's promising news, I also applied for Conductor at Leeds & Sheffield and passed assessments for them but turned out I was unsuccessful for both.

How easy did you find the maths question i recently done one and was shocked as was not expecting it to be so hard. Any advice on training for it?
