According to Railpro, construction of Robroyston station has just begun. Meant to open December 19, so we'll guess sometime in 2020, with luck.

Likely: Warrington West; Worcestershire Parkway; Kintore; Meridian Water (ex. Angel Road); Reading Green Park;
(Bond Street Crossrail, Tottenham Court Road Crossrail, Canary Wharf Crossrail, Custom House Crossrail and Woolwich)
Maybe: Dalcross; Winchburgh; Robroyston

Construction has started and it is due to open in 2019:

Work will begin today (Wednesday 12 September) on the construction of the new Robroyston railway station, which will serve a development of 1,600 homes in the area around the site.

The design and build contract which marks the start of the work, has been awarded to AmcoGiffen.

Located between Stepps and Springburn on the Glasgow to Cumbernauld line, the new station will include step free platform access, together with two car parks with a total of 258 spaces, offering a new ‘park and ride’ facility for people driving into Glasgow along the nearby M80.

Clearance works at the site have already been completed with vegetation completed and ground investigations underway – with the station expected to open in December 2019.

I thought this thread might be about a wall calendar featuring photos of different stations each month. What a shame, I would have gone for one of those. :)
I wonder how many of the 365 (366) squares you could populate with stations that opened on that day in history?

I noticed that Reading Green Park is shown on the staff TMS displays at Reading already - does anyone know when construction is planned to start (if not already?)

This is a bit spooky, I was thinking of asking for updates to this thread yesterday and here it is, back on the front page!

Design work still to be signed off for both. Probably 2020 unless they get going ASAP.

I have heard that White Rose (Leeds) is definitely happening, but I've no better idea of timescale.

There is also Leeds Bradford Airport Parkway which is set to open before 2021 for which the cash is there its just the matter of building it. East Leeds Parkway / Thorpe Park is suppose to be 2023 but at the rate things are looking it could well be earlier depending on how fast the Thorpe Park development is going.

2020 is unfortunately a tad optimistic for Skelmersdale - from the press release of 18 September 2017: "Should a strong business case for [a new station at Headbolt Lane in Knowsley and a new railway branch line to Skelmersdale town centre] be developed and appropriate funding– currently estimated to be in the region of £300m– be identified and secured, [they] could be delivered within 10 years."

Thanks for that. I'll amend the OP to reflect that.

2020
Portway Parkway; East Linton; Renton; Darlaston; Brierley Hill (Moor Street/Canal Street); Moseley/Kings Heath/Hazelwell; Inverness Airport; Reading Green Park; Winslow;

2021
Barking Riverside; Brent Cross West; Waterbeach

Beyond 2021
Gabalfa, Crwys Road, Loudoun Square, The Flourish (other names are available); Skelmersdale

You have listed Dalcross for 2019 and Inverness Airport for 2020. Which is it as they are one and the same place. Inverness Airport Station will be built almost on the same site as the old Dalcross Station. In some reports I have read the station name will be Dalcross (for Inverness Airport), so actually just the one station.

Cheers Lancastrian. I'll remove Dalcross, and move the Crossrail stations to 2020, while I'm at it.

Hopefully Bow Street will come to fruition too, but I suspect after 2020.

Is there any more news on Elland station in W Yorkshire? I was on RTT earlier and if you bring up a Huddersfield to Leeds service via Bradford it’s got Elland mentioned and the code ELN. Nothing booked to call there yet.

It's mentioned in the TfN strategic transport plan but nothing started or funding in place as yet as far as I'm aware. The thing is if they are going to undertake major work the trans Pennine route through Huddersfield practically closing it, are they going to start work on the only line that's available in to Leeds albeit from Brighouse and Halifax. I'd imagine Brighouse might well be used, best it can anyway for services in to Leeds during the work so are they going to start building it where there might need to be line closures? I am quite looking forward to Elland station though, think it has big potential as a parkway type station.

Funding is in place (West Yorkshire + Transport Fund). They are working through the design stages. I expect a further consultation this year or early next year.

AFAIK the code was allocated in the late 1990s when the Brighouse scheme was being planned. It was a later funding shortfall that left Elland without a station. I think it's still a timing point due to the (now defunct) signal box.

The code doesn't work on RTT, I've tried it a few times but it is listed after Elland which is as you say a timing point on RTT.
