Can anyone recognise this plate or know where this plate is from or off
I have exhausted my search by asking who i know from the job I'm in and came up with nothing

Not a clue - I am guessing that the 'New Century' part might refer to 1899/1900, that could possibly mean the year in which it was built.

If it's your property, perhaps it is something which the experts on the Antiques Roadshow might be interested in and one of them could perhaps know more about it and any potential financial value.

What size is it? It's not easy to judge from the picture, but the dimensions would bean important clue.

The New Century Window and General Cleaning Company was very famous and is now the OCS Group (still family owned, I believe). See https://www.ocs.com/about-ocs/our-journey/
The artifact was no doubt associated with them.
There used to be a 'New Century' building that you could see from the train near Vauxhall ISTR.
