350403 has recently (in the last week) been moved to inside the maintenance shed at Ardwick. It had been dumped outside on the same road since about the 8th November. It was November the 5th it hit two horses north of Carlisle .

It is rumoured to have to leave by road for repair, why it is inside the shed is not known. Whether this is preparation for removal (uncoupling from the other carriages?), or a start being made on repairs (if damage isn't as severe as first thought?) .

Have read on the UKmodern EMU group that 319218, 319426 and AN other have been moved to Wolverton by road in recent weeks.

Its status has been waiting parts for months but the update today is just maintenance and its at Canton sidings. Appears it was mostly suffering from its frame being damaged by a severe case of wibble.

Has anyone any idea if 142057 is OOU at the moment? It's the last Pacer I need and I've not seen it for over a year...

332005 now back in service. Just about to get the red pen out for it.

There is a very demic looking one on Old Oak, I'd guess that is 332014

142073 is also carrying the TfW black vinyls on its lower body, same as the pair of 143s.
most of the TfW 143s have those vinyls on now, not only two. the first two say "the start of a new journey", and with the more recent ones some say "these trains will terminate soon" and others say "the journey is almost over for old trains" although the latter is somewhat ironic given that 1986 150s will outlast 1987 142s by a few years.

No the 142's and the 150's are the same age.

The newest TfW 142s were made in 1987 and the oldest TfW 150s were made in 1986, yet TfW are implying that only the Pacers being withdrawn soon are old, not the Sprinters which aren't being withdrawn until around 3 years from now. Oh the irony!

Anyone got a picture of 142073 to share on here since it's re-entered service with vinyls.

Funny with regards to a previous post.
142057 was my last one required for haulage which I got the day before my birthday lol.

Is it time to add 333001 to the long term out of use list?

The demic one is 014, virtually zero chance of that returning to service I'd say.

Did you get 005? It's one of my last 2 needed to travel on, will make a trip up to London to try and scratch it in if it's back in traffic.

Does anyone know when 317669 last ran in service? The most recent date I have for it is September 18th last year.

Unsure whether to post in this thread or the one linked to above.

Regarding 317722, is that well and truly mechanically busted nowadays, hence may never enter passenger service again?
I don't think it will which is a shame because I never got to ride it:(

I think it's nearly two years since it last ran. Summer 2017 springs to mind. It tended to stick to the Stratford to Bishop's Stortford route.

Just bumping this. Despite reports the the contrary about the demaged vehicle(s) from 350403 departing soon by road for repair, 350403 still resides inside the shed at Ardwick. 5 months to the day it was damaged on Bonfire Night.
