2S31 New Mills to Piccadilly this morning

Any idea what happened to this train? According to RTT it took 3.5hrs to cover the 1 and a bit mile between New Mills and Strines?

I'm guessing that the headcode of the 10:26 New Mills-Piccadilly was input wrong at New Mills (2S13) and that has overridden the schedule of the 2S31. The 10:26 departed New Mills On time but has no other realtime information after that.
