There has been a change due to the engineering works leading to diversions via Yeovil.

A bit disappointed to find that 1P31, my train from oxford to london today is not an HST although it's down in the diagrams. Are they finished on the cotswolds line now then? Maybe I should have read more of this thread...

Dont forget that they are the LTP diagrams which get amended weekly by the STP diagrams.

This week & next 1P31 is part of an 800 9 car diagram. Week commencing 11/03 1P31 is on an 802 9 car diagram. There are no HST diagrams showing Cotswolds workings this week or the next two.

I see the 1209 HFD-PAD was 800319 last Friday, is this a definite change now? Starting to feel glad I had my farewell to the HST on my home turf the week before!

Would anyone know if the castle set diagram (assume still only the one set accepted?) is being affected by the blockade at all?

Yes. Last Cotswold Line HSTs were on Friday, February 15 - see posts on page 23 of the thread.

The STP diagrams that FGW-DID notes above take us up to Friday, March 8, which the LTP diagrams had as the projected date for the last HSTs. Adjustments to rolling stock allocations during the Whiteball summit blockade brought forward the change to IET operation.

Fair enough, I might well have mis-read that bit of the thread. I'm so out of touch with the scene I didn't know of the works in Devon.

Very lucky for me then that I did the 1822 Paddington to Hereford with 43185+43086 when I did then. I had assumed I had a good few weeks left at that time to get an HST into Hereford, but clearly not. Granted it makes it easier for me to get IETs scored now, but the end of the era is still a bit saddening.

Yes. The one in service is only running between Penzance and Plymouth all day due to engineering works between Ivybridge and Totnes (single line working). Training runs are still happening.

OK thanks. Would you happen to have the amended diagram for it? Interested in 7th & 8th March in particular (and the 9th would be great but don't think it runs Saturdays)

I don't know what the amended working of it is but it does work Saturdays now.

Are there any remaining HST diagrams heading through Bristol Parkway either at the weekend or into next week?

On Friday 8th, the blockade is still on at whiteball, so for that day see post #699. For sat-mon, follow the link in post #1 for up to date workings. You may also get a few cross country hst while you're there, which are also listed at that link.

43070 is one of the next members to be 'De-lap', off lease for good :'(
Shame one of the better ones for my mind always seemed quick and reliable, don't ever remember any issues with it. Hopefully a new home will be found
