An annoying mid-day timetabling scenario shows Kneesworth with a gap in the interesting onwards section of that last bus route, so we board the 1217 A2B Bus and Coach service 127 to Royston (Bus Station) that arrives there at 1230 on Wednesday afternoon.

I was a little stuck in Kneesworth too, if I'm being honest.
We then board the 1319 Stagecoach East Busway service A to Trumpington (Park and Ride), arriving there at 1354 on Wednesday afternoon.

It is a bit odd, I had my eye on the Hazlingfield bus, but the one back to Royston works too
We now walk the 0.4 miles (8 mins) to the St Paul's Road stop, where we board the 14:59 Stagecoach in Cambridge service 7 Citi to Duxford, opp Petersfield Road, arriving exactly an hour later at 15:57 Wednesday afternoon.

We have just a short stop in this quiet town before boarding the 18:48 Stagecoach Gold service 13 to Cambridge (Drury Street) arriving there at 19:50 Wednesday Evening.

I assume from the arrival time that we're actually at Drumner Street Bus Station (due to the lack of a Drury Street between here and Lincoln!)?
If so, we now walk the 0.3 miles (5 mins) to the Parkside stop, where we board the 20:15 National Express service 498 to Newmarket, opp Horse Racing Museum, arriving at 20:40 Wednesday evening.
