Head code 6U03 but noting allocated in the system for it as yet

I saw the Wolverhampton to Masborough at Bescot yesterday and it was 60059 not 60063.

Is it normal for something to be unallocated in the system even after the service has started it's run? It was a track machine of some sort but either I was looking in the wrong place or it didn't have any identifying numbers on it

I'd say so - 60059 was shown as being at Immingham yesterday afternoon!! o_O

6U03 is the headcode used by rail grinder DR79263 / DR79273

...but either I was looking in the wrong place or it didn't have any identifying numbers on it

The numbers are actually in the middle of the unit:

357003 @ East Ham depot with no current allocation
357007 - Fenchurch - Shoeburyness returns all day, next working out of Fenchurch 09:17
357027 - Fenchurch - Southend returns all day, next working out of Fenchurch 09:24

Is anyone able to confirm where the TfW 150s that have received the DDA mods are working today please. I believe these are 150284 and 150285. Specifically interested the Cardiff locals/Valleys area. Thank you.

150284 = Cardiff Central - Ebbw Vale Town returns all day, next out of Cardiff 11:34
150285 = Cardiff central - Maesteg returns until 16:00 then off to Cheltenham, next out of Cardiff 12:18

70000 (98700) Britannia is scheduled to haul from Crewe to York.

Think 257 done as well, that is on Wrexham to Bidston all day

Thanks both. I will try and catch one of those! I think I saw modified unit 150257 on the delayed 10:19 service Bridgend to Milford Haven just now. Maybe it was set swapped somewhere.

11:34 Cardiff - Ebbw Vale formed of 175110. Obviously Pye Corner hasn’t been input into the system as the train says ‘Calling at Manchester Piccadilly, Rogerstone, Risca...’ etc. :lol:
