DRS Banbury - Penzance charter (?) on the 13th of April 2019

According to the May 2019 edition of Railways Illustrated, there is a charter (?) service, run by DRS, between Banbury and Penzance on the 13th of April 2019 (next Saturday at the time of writing). I know that charters and the like very rarely show up on RTT this long before the day of running, so any information on the subject would be very much appreciated.

Regards to 68's they have been down to Cornwall on one Network Rail test train and a few on the Northern Belle tour
