It's Brighton Pride this weekend coming, maybe it's for thatJust seen a refurbished 377 101 at Selhurst Depot, it looks to have a rainbow Southern logo on it. Not sure what it’s for as Pride festival has passed.

Correct. It's Brighton Pride this weekend coming, maybe it's for that
I think only very few ever had the springy seatsI was on 377 110 a few days ago and it seems that, post-refresh, most, if not all, of the seats have had their springs taken out, leaving the back of the seat hard and uncomfortable.
In contrast to this, I was on 377 105 the next day and the seating was wonderfully sprung and comfortable, so I'm assuming it's only 377 101-109 that has the comfortable seating now (with the occasional 377 120-139 having comfortable seating at either end of each coach)?

Only /3s now lost to metro and a few /1s.. those with the plastic moulded seat grabs ie not metal
Leave for where?120-139 were due to leave
Soitheastern bit they got 377/5s insteadLeave for where?
Yup many 377 handriers are now working. What I do think is pretty good is that a refreshed 377 still feels quite fresh and modern, even with a fairly old colour palette and design language. It does say something positive for the design. Likewise they are hardly falling apart mechanically and electrically, even if there are always a few tweaks needing to be done to improve something or other.
Some good news as well on the hand dryer front - as many people on here will remember, dryers were isolated following the fire at Eastbourne, but they are now gradually being replaced and reinstated on the Turbo fleet, and I believe Electrostars are starting to follow the programme.
Im really bored of the green sandpaper seat covers. Hope when the new franchise comes we get normal 'brushed' material.Wonder if one day moquette will be Used
Leather head rests for the next franchise ?
Notice the priority seat stickers on seat backs have been removed presumably due to them looking shabby ie torn lopsided or upside down
Yes they always seem to stain bad and get really dusty the GN 700's and 365's use that material as well I'd rather have cloth like SWR which I think is better.Im really bored of the green sandpaper seat covers. Hope when the new franchise comes we get normal 'brushed' material.
yeh you are right, they do get dirty and look warn quickly. when u compare the covers to the NSE blue covers there is a clear winnerYes they always seem to stain bad and get really dusty the GN 700's and 365's use that material as well I'd rather have cloth like SWR which I think is better.
What has it got a Southeastern 375 interior?377163 has had its refresh and is now wearing Southeastern logos finally!
A good start, pity the SE 377s won't be done up like the 375s377163 has had its refresh and is now wearing Southeastern logos finally!
We thought 163 and 164 are with southeastern long term...but theyve got a 'repaint' in southern colours (or in reality a touch up!). Surprised it wasnt vinyled in SE colours.A good start, pity the SE 377s won't be done up like the 375s
In some ways the /6 or /7 fleet could serve the london to coastal routes well given the wider corridors and plugs
Whatever made you think they’d take seats out?On a high density (377120-139 ?) Unit- didn't get the number
Anyway first of these I've seen refurbished and sadly the awful seating layout remains. The outer cars always confuse commutes who aim for the back or front for the better seating
Still it's immaculate at least
