Morning all,
Is there anywhere I could find a record of a broken down train? I was on the 08:12am Leeds to Bradford Foster Square train on the 21st of March which broke down near Armley. I have contacted Northern Rail, who say that the train was working perfectly on this time and date.

I was on it for over two hours, while another Class 333 came and pushed us to Shipley. I have a photo time stamped of me stuck on the train, correspondence on WhatsApp also time stamped, yet Northern Rail have a “alternative facts”.

Is there anywhere that should record this event?
Thanks in advance.

Darwin's Historical Service Performance service doesn't show the 0812. I'm not sure why this is - if you search for Leeds to Kirkstall Forge, for instance, you do see the 0812, terminating at Shipley at 1013, 106 minutes late.

I would write back again suggesting that data clearly shows the train was delayed and explain to them that you will happily contact the ombudsman should they not be able to reach an acceptable answer.

Hi all, thanks very much for your quick and detailed replies! I have sent this information back to them - I will see what they say if/when they get back to me.
