Yes, the original intent was for GWR to operate 21 x Class 365 units alongside 37 x Class 387 units on Thames Valley services post-electrification. However, some sort of jiggery-pokery involving part of a speculative order by Poterbrook for 20 additional class 387s ultimately resulted in GWR receiving a homogenous fleet of 45 x Class 387s instead.I thought 365s had already been considered for GWR?
