I know 68s are 3,805hp not sure if there's anything more powerful.

Good point. Exports is something of a grey area - nine of the Class 92s were also exported using the same criteria as they were bought by SNCF, even though their home depot was Crewe Electric.The 'most powerful loco in the UK' title has to go to the Channel Tunnel shuttle electric locos - the majority are rated at 7MW (9400hp). You could also consider those as an 'export' as they were assembled at Brush Traction, Loughborough, for a company headquartered in Paris.
The Arlanda Express trains in Sweden were built in Birmingham if I'm not mistaken.
