Should 172002, 172006 be added. Although at Tyseley they have not turned a revenue wheel for quite some time.

Does anyone know what is happening with 317669 and 671? 669 hasn't been seen this year and last confirmed sighting for 671 was January 10th. Have they gone for overhaul or have they been withdrawn?

350403 is now outside Ardwick depot on a stabling road. Brand-new wheelsets on all vehicles, repairs to gangway and steps.

Driving vehicle involved has had half the livery peeled off . Reportedly being dragged somewhere for repairs .

This could be for the traction to haul 350403 for repair? Of course maybe not, Siemens do wheel lathe for other companies so we shall see. IMG_20190422_045336.jpg

I noticed what I presume was 350403 poking out of the shed at Ardwick TMD today and noticed both driving ends were de-liveried. Were both ends damaged or has something else needed to be done?

The bodysides were damaged by flying ballast, so the holes have been filled and the viynls removed to assist.

Thanks for the info - Assumed it was just a case of the leading carriage being damaged so wondered why both were de-vinyled

More likely overhaul - with the 710 programme behind schedule (and by that dint, the 720s), it'd be madness for Abellio to dispense of their incumbent fleet.

317671 is running again so you're probably right. No sign of 317506 coming back from Kilmarnock though.
