I've just noticed an article from 17 April on the WY Metro site about a new National Rail accessibility map:
http://accessmap.nationalrail.co.uk/

I don't know if uses the same source of data as the existing station data on Nationalrail.co.uk. Looking at Guiseley, the clarification about why the station has only partial access is worded differently. And the new map incorrectly says there are toilets there, which the nationalrail station listing disagrees with.

At Guiseley isn’t there near-level access (there might be a step) to the Leeds / Bradford bound platform? You don’t need to go over the footbridge unless you are coming from the car park.

This map appears inaccurate especially about toilets. Looking at stations near me, there are no toilets at Leigh (Kent), Edenbridge or Cowden, for instance.

There's step-free access to the Leeds/Bradford platform if you come down the footpath from Netherfield Road, although I'd hate to be in a wheelchair heading down the path to the platform when a evening rush hour train has just come in from Leeds - I don't think there's room for a wheelchair in one direction and people walking in the other.
