What day did you do ?
How many got through got through to the DMI interview?
My friend is in the same position as you they said it wouldn't take long for the result of the DMI but they have not heard anything.
How long did they tell you it would take?

Has anyone ever been to one of these events for qualified drivers?
Found it an odd process so far. Sent in a cv as the website asks and then invited to this open day

Still yet to hear anything since late January. Does anybody know how long it takes for Freightliner to contact you back? I sent an email early last week enquiring my position and if they had any idea of a start date for the training or a medical but have had no reply. Can anyone confirm this is also the right email please? Thanks...

From someone who's been in the same boat as you , you just need to be patient (I know it's not easy). Business needs are very fluid and as soon as they are in a position to do so they will contact you. Although being in the pool is a good sign , you may still be in for a long wait

Been in the pool since December.
It’s just a waiting game I’m afraid.....although they have been relatively quick to reply to emails recently.

I'm still waiting to find out if I have passed my DMI or not. I had this, along with my MMI and computer assessments in mid April.

I have passed my assessments and MMI but I have heard nothing from Freightliner regarding my DMI.

They tried to call me the other day... left a voicemail asking for me to return the call (Thursday I think it was). I forgot to call them back oops!

Haha, that’s so laid back....I’d be on to that about 3-minutes after missing a call if I was awaiting a call :)

Anyone know if FL pay you for rest days as you do them or are they one of the companies that gives it you in one payment at end of the year ?

What email are you contacting them on? Been two weeks since I have contacted and still no reply.

Yeah I’ve received it too. Waiting for a medical and start date for Birmingham. It’s very frustrating as I was advised in my DMI that I’d likely be starting in Feb or May 2019. This obviously isn’t the case. Oh well, just carry on planning 6 weeks ahead it is then and wait patiently for the email / phone call.
