Not really, it’s being realistic. I used the examples of drinking coffee, opening windows, switching between sitting and standing, because in previous safety critical roles, these methods had proved effective ‍♂️
Yeah I was agreeing with @Jimathy... me and him did our training together and got told methods like this to use.

I was referring to the OP attitude to good advice as being unbelievable.

OP, window coffee are acts you do to keep you concentrating on the task. You open a window because monotony can make you tired, same as a swig of coffee, get out of the seat at a stop and stretch and keep the next part of your journey in your head, never the end of it if it’s stages away.

Maybe you also failed on the attitude test?

Regarding the risk triggered commentary when you are completing a certain number of hours my manager wanted to hear this I always drink to keep hydrated nothing wrong with talking to yourself over the route.
