You may only post photos of UK train classes which are in active service on the National Rail network.

On a point of order... I thought we were only supposed to do classes where this at least one member currently registered for the main line?

The appropriate rule is:
You may only post photos of UK train classes which are in active service on the National Rail network.

"Active service" has different interpretations, but I'm not sure if 101s can be considered in active service on the NR network under any sense.

I'm sorry for breaking the rule. I forgot that photos were meant to be of current rolling stock.

I'm sure the quizmasters will be OK for an accidental slip. I have often thought it might be a good idea to have a "Guess the past train" quiz as well for those types not still in service... Out of curiosity, was it off one of my pictures? I haven't got the energy to check back tonight...

It wasn't actually. I was trawling through a few Flickr accounts that had a significant number of photos a few months ago and I got it from one of them.
