Can I use Contactless at Luton Airport Parkway?

I'll be travelling from Maze Hill.

I've seen that this will be made available at LAP but I wasn't sure whether it was available yet.

I called National Rail and they said that I can but only if I tap out and back in at a central London station which doesn't seem correct.

No, it's not available yet. As always, National Rail Enquiries' helpline are a chocolate teapot when it comes out to finding out correct information.

There are no plans for Oyster to become available at Lapford, Devon (LAP).

(The code for Luton Airport Parkway is LTN, and forum rules ask that you don’t make up your own.)

The Fal Mussel card is valid not far away (from Truro to Falmouth). It was originally called the Fal Oyster card until TfL complained.

Can I use Contactless at Luton Airport Parkway?
