EMT Competency Based Interview

Hi Guys

Does anyone have any information on the competency based interviews for driver vacancies?

Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Have a read through the entirety of this thread here. You should find plenty of information about EMT’s recruitment process and interviews discussed there.

There are two competency based interviews in the Driver recruitment process. These are the Driver Manager Interview (DMI) and Multi-Modal Interview (MMI). Both are discussed at certain points during the above linked thread.
