VT has two batches of 390s - 9 and 11 cars. Are there two separate sets of diagrams for 9 car and 11 car? Or they diagrammed commonly overall?
Diagrammed separately but there is also an element of set swaps by control tooVT has two batches of 390s - 9 and 11 cars. Are there two separate sets of diagrams for 9 car and 11 car? Or they diagrammed commonly overall?
I've noticed a lot that the VT services to BPN tend to swap around between 9 & 11 car's randomly, and on Saturdays a lot even run as Voyager's instead of a booked 390Pretty sure i had a swap on the 1540 from Euston to Glasgow on the Sunday before last . My booked seat was an airline in coach E on a 9 car but an 11 car it was a table .

0853 Euston-bpn is booked voyager from now on. 0721 bhm-bpn and 1036 eus-bpn will remain 390s.
On a similar topic, how did VT manage to add these extra BPN services recently without running short on 390s and 220s, more clever diagramming and tighter turnarounds?
