477P 0010 Micheldever Oil Sidings to Havant Signal Ht 503 today and what it's purpose was - I can't see any other mention of it after it reached Havant Signal HT503 5 minutes early.

As it's 4Q03 that's rail-grinder DR79501-DR79507. It worked to Haselmere and back.
