2019 Steam On The Underground

Planning on going to watch and photo the steam on the underground on the 23rd June and was wondering where would be the best locations, the steam will be leading on the return journey so High St Kensington to Ealing Broadway. Would I be right in saying that it’s all open air stations apart from H St Kensington

Yes, although Earl’s Court has an overall roof. High Street 4 (likely the platform used) is open at the western end.
