Do any loco-hauled / Corail-coaching-stock-formed services operate from Strasbourg?

I travelled on a TER service from Strasbourg to Mulhouse in June 2016 and I am 95% certain it was a loco-hauled service (although my memory is on the blink these days!). Personally I find the Corail coaches have the most comfortable seats of any train I've travelled.

Any info appreciated.

Yes, the frequent ‘TER200’ service between Strasbourg, Mulhouse and Basel. They use Corail stock and (I think) BB26000 traction.

The Paris - Moscow sleeper also passes through once a week in each direction, and that’s loco hauled.

When I lived there in 2007, I used a ‘Corail Lunéa’ branded service to get to Marseilles for a weekend break. I don’t believe that north-east to south coast route survives.

PS... the seats are indeed very comfy, but not only on unrefurbished sets. The mid-2000s ‘Corail Téoz’ refurbishment brought with it much less comfortable seating.

Lots.
TER 200 Alsace
Strasbourg - Mulhouse - Basel at least hourly, every 30 minutes at peak times, (push pull) hauled by a specific batch of Sybic Class 26000s

Corail coaches are acknowledged around Europe as the best riding coach ever designed. Incredibly the Picasso railcars first built in the 1940s were the first vehicles to use the type of smooth riding bogie used under Corail coaches

Back in 2011, I rode from Basle to Luxembourg through Strasbourg, the rake were tatty SBB coaches hauled by an SNCF BB15000! I wonder if that service is still loco hauled?

Thanks for the responses all.

I also did the Basel - Luxembourg EC train a few years ago, with slightly shabby but still comfortable SNCB coaches.

I believe the service used to run Brussels - Zürich / Chur, before being cut back to Basel then ultimately switched off altogether. The Belux trains website has the formations. I wasn’t a regular user but it was definitely a useful service to get back to Brussels after interrailing around the alps.

They went when the LGV Est was extended - TGVs via Lille are quicker for Brussels-Strasbourg which is the prestige market.
