They are probably somewhere on the internet, but various editions of "Gradients of the British Main Line Railways" have been published by The Railway Magazine in 1936 and at intervals since then - I have a 1947 edition and an Ian Allan edition from 1978, although the latter is titled "British Rail - Main Line Gradient Profiles". Often to be found in second-hand bookshops (particularly those specialising in transport/railways) or on stands at model railway shows.
There is also a gradient diagram in "Line by Line - The Midland Route" by M Buck and M Rawlinson (Freightmaster Publishing, 2004, ISBN 0 9537540 3 0) which is rather better and gives detail of the track layout as it was at that time.
In summary:
Undulating from Bedford to MP 55 when the slow lines start a 1:160 climb to the S. portal of Wymington Tunnel (MP 59) 1:846 downwards through the tunnel to MP60 and then a 1:200 drop to MP64.
Fast Lines: short climb at 1:100 around MP 56, climb at 1:119 to the summit about MP59.75, short stretch of level, and then a drop at 1:120 to around MP62.5 at the site of Irchester station. (MP distances are approximate.)
