LUL West Ruislip to Derby trains - overnight at Banbury

Hi all,

Was just looking at RTT and noticed that the LUL train that runs tonight seems to sit at Banbury station all night.

It arrives into platform 4 at 01.18, and doesn’t leave until 05.07.

Does anyone know why?

Could possibly be something to allow for engineering works to take place as well.

It is a long standing thing where the paths don't really work properly in one go.

Okay - fair enough.

Would have thought they'd have been able to find a path overnight - or is there some sort of overnight engineering possession?
