Hi all,

I am trying to find the 1998 edition of the above film. I have the original 1978? version and the 2009 version is on Netflix but I really would like to see the made for TV 1998 version which I believe was filmed in Toronto.

I did find this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Taking-Pelham-Runaway-Train-Region/dp/B008FYZI2I/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmr0_1 on Amazon, and a similar listing but it either says out of stock on the listing or if it lets me get through to payment says that the product is not available in my region.

Does anyone know of anywhere I can watch this film? As I say I am more than happy to buy a physical DVD or pay for a download.

Thanks

Loads and loads in the USA, but I guess it depends on whether you have a region free DVD player and whether the postage is restrictive.

RE regional dvd players, most of them, even the cheap ones can be unlocked, you just need to look online to find out how to do it. I remember a mate of mine doing it, muti regional players were quite expensive at the time, but you could get a cheapo one at Asda, for less than 20 quid. He went online and found out how to unlock it, it wasn't hard, a matter of holding 2 buttons down for a few seconds and this opened up an engineers section, amongst other things it had region settings, he altered it to 'multi' and away he went, always worth looking at if it gives you what you want.

The me for that! I’ve found a region 1 (US) DVD. Apparently AVG free player will play DVDs regionless. Ive got a PS4 also but believe that’ll probably be more difficult to unlock.

Don't know much about PS4, or any of those players, we didn't have them when I was a lad, lol. anyway it sounds like you've got an idea now so good luck.

A PS3, PS4 & X-Box One will play Blu-rays and DVD's. A X-Box 360 will solely play DVD's but a DVD player is much easier to "hack" than a games console.
